Hello guys, I hope you are all doing fine! I know it has been forever, like a year or longer actually but I’m back on track, back to running this blog properly. Hurray if you like my jibber-jagger! ha ha
I want to take a minute and say a big THANK YOU to those of you who are still coming back even though I have not been writing for a while. I may or may not be slightly fed up with all this blogging world, the constant questions about pages views, number of followers, widgets and designs. Maybe because it has never been my thing, I’m all about travel and I will stick to it.
If you know me well enough you know I never stopped travelling, even if I’m not writing, Instagraming or Snapchating you can be sure 100% that I’m out there exploring yet another country.
Only this year I have been in Romania (where I’m spending a lot of time recently). Italy and Austria for skiing. Israel to recharge my batteries. Hungary to visit my best friend and than month later again to catch up with my Sister. Then I explored Waterways of the Tsars with Viking Cruises in Russia. Travelled through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to Poland where I spent some time with my family. And at the end of this month I’m travelling to Indonesia to explore this land of wonders.
There were hints everywhere but to make it 100% out there, I have settled down a bit and moved to Romania. Between my travels I’m coming back to a little town in Carpathian Mountains which now I call my 3rd home, after my parents home and Tel Aviv. And yes you are guessing correctly it is because of the Boy!
Last year I have come to Romania to attend #EnjoyBucharest Conference and after spending about 3 weeks in Bucharest and Orthodox Easter with some blogging friends (Chic Darling, Minority Nomad and RoTravel) in Slobozia City I travelled to Szekely Land in Romania to visit cousin of my really cool friend from Poland.
Cutting the story short, I have met a Boy, made friends and an easy going life full of motorbike trips, weekends away and Catan nights. I know there should be more posts about beautiful Romania. Now when I’m back on track all kind of travel posts will be coming your way, I promise. There will be more about Iran, Romania, Caucasus, Baltic States, Russia, Sri Lanka, Finland and many many more.
Tips & Advices
Hungary ♥ When in Budapest do go for a Herend Afternoon Tea in Four Seasons. I love this tradition from my times in London, where Tea at The Ritz was my weekly thing with Girls. I must admit that Four Season take it to another level with Hungarian sweets and life music theme from “God Father”.
Blacklane ♥ I have discovered them when I was in Israel. I was searching for an airport pick up company in Budapest as I was arriving late evening, outside of public transportation hours. I end up ordering two rides. One in Tel Aviv from my hotel to the airport and another just few hours later from Budapest airport to my friend’s house.
I have never experienced such an amazing and efficient service before! They are just amazing, right on time, no questions asked, both drivers spoke perfect English. They sent you an email an hour before the ride just in case you have forgotten. It is really a big shame that Blacklane does not have an affiliate program, because I have recommended it to everyone I have spoke in a last five months. I would be so rich in some extra rides ha ha
Indonesia ♥ You can win a trip to Indonesia, seriously! Ministry of Tourism in Indonesia is running a quiz and as a main prize they have 12 all expenses paid trips for two to Komodo Island! So what are you waiting for?
